The qualification is set at AQF level 2. Candidates will have knowledge and skills as depicted by the AQF level 2.
This means a candidate will be able to complete routine activities and provide solutions to predictable and sometimes unpredictable problems.
The program is organised to provide candidates with skills and knowledge in the area of Hospitality.
